Guess what they are asking? $600,000???
This doesn’t make any sense to me. How could this be? With 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms between two small apartments? Less than 1,000 square feet? And the new owner is responsible for the CO???? Uh??? This market is crazy, and did I mention that the taxes are over $6K a year? How has this market gotten so far out of hand? I remember when things were going crazy back in 2006 and people were buying condos all over and flipping them in 6 months… but this is even more concerning since how does anyone get into this market with a starter home?
P.S. By the time I posted this, they reduced the price by $25,000.
