The Consumer Price Index increased 9.1% from a year ago in June, above the 8.8% Dow Jones estimate.

Energy costs skyrocketed up 41.6% on a 12-month basis. Gasoline surged by 60% for the 12-month period.
Now a million-dollar home is almost commonplace. Look at Monmouth County, where the median price for a single-family home has hit a record high of $650,000, which compares to the median price back in September 2018 of $450,000, representing nearly a 50% increase in 4 years.
