Ways real estate agents are using ChatGPT
One of the best ways to use ChatGPT is in writing a listing for a property. One of the great benefits is that the agent doesn’t have to start from scratch, he or she can put in some description and ChatGPT can come up with thoughts and creative ideas that will add a great deal to the dynamic and engagement quality of that listing. Another way that agents are using ChatGPT is in the development of marketing materials such as brochures. Again, ChatGPT gives you a running start when developing content for your brochure whether it is distributed by hand in printed form or online.
The great advantage of artificial intelligence is not that it does the hard work for you. It just lightens the load so that you can do your work. Whatever you do, you can improve upon it because it’s not taking you the amount of time it would normally take you. And then one of the side benefits of ChatGPT is that the hours it saves you, the agent then can devote that to actual outreach to potential clients and referral sources in their pipeline.
Some agents are even going as far as using ChatGPT for emails, text, contract addendums and even spreadsheets.
But artificial intelligence isn’t just about putting together a few spiffy little paragraphs for listings, newsletters or even Facebook posts. Artificial intelligence can actually put together images through two different platforms: actual graphics and even videos.
So, if agents want to learn how to use AI in their marketing, they don’t have to go back to college; they can go to YouTube University, LOL.
AI is truly going to intimidate some agents, but those agents who are up for a challenge will quickly learn to embrace, engage with and implement these new tools to ratchet up their marketing to a new level.
Nonetheless, real estate is a person-to-person business, and it requires the soft skills that it always has, but what AI will bring to the table is a knowledge base that will demonstrate to clients the facility necessary to function in this new digital economy.
