As we celebrate Independence Day, all of us at Counsellors Title Agency take a moment to reflect on an extraordinary milestone in our nation’s history—the 250th anniversary of America’s founding.
This year’s Fourth of July is more than backyard barbecues, fireworks, and family gatherings. It marks two and a half centuries since the birth of a nation founded on the ideals of liberty, opportunity, and the pursuit of a better future.
For those of us who call New Jersey home, this anniversary carries even greater significance.
Known as the “Crossroads of the American Revolution,” New Jersey was the site of more Revolutionary War battles and skirmishes than any other colony. From General George Washington’s daring crossing of the Delaware River to the pivotal victories at Trenton, Princeton, Monmouth, and countless other engagements, the courage and determination displayed on New Jersey soil helped shape the future of our nation.
Today, those same values of perseverance, integrity, and commitment continue to define our communities.

Holiday Office Hours
Please note our holiday schedule:
- Thursday, July 2: Office closes at 3:00 PM
- No real estate closings will be scheduled after 12:00 Noon on Thursday, July 2nd
- Friday, July 4: Closed in observance of Independence Day
- Monday, July 6: Office reopens at 8:30 AM
