11 Ways to Make Every Day More Productive

1. Breathe, focus, and then think. Don’t rush into the day with a bunch of energy but without a plan or focus. Determine what matters most and do it.

2. Choose one thing. Write down one thing you want to complete before the day is done (beyond day-to-day responsibilities).

3. Turn off you notifications. Keep your focus.

4. Keep 2 separate list: Your Done List and Your To Do List.

5. Eat healthy snacks.(These should be pre-purchased.)

6. Arrive on time. Leave on time.

7. Start every conversation with a positive or compliment.

8. Drink 40 ounces of water.

9. Plan something fun for the weekend. Anticipation elevates opportunity.

10. Put things away when completing a project. Clutter is a thought hazard.

11. Always plan an afternoon technology break with a healthy snack with a drink with electrolights.
