Refinding Your Way after the Pandemic
Bradley Beach Public Library
Wednesday, May 19, 2:00pm
COVID-19’s impact on the senior population has been addressed only infrequently since the pandemic began. This 45-minute workshop will change that! It will focus on some of the unique ways in which the pandemic has shifted the world view of seniors, affecting their life perspectives and their decision making about the future. Using a wellness perspective, it will take an honest look at the losses and changes that often characterized the last year and seriously consider the ways in which seniors can go forward personally in what one hopes are the lingering months of this pandemic story. There will be information, time for questions, and the camaraderie of sharing time with others who understand.
Not a senior? We bet you know one and can learn from listening to the information and discussion points that will be shared during the talk.
