1. Fight Against Fear. The first thing experts tell us to do is write the fear down. Putting the fear down on a piece of paper has a powerful effect of taming it. Once you have it in front of you, write down the one thing you can do to kick it to the curb. Remember, fear slows you down and makes you hesitant. 
2. Make Daily Progress. Create a folder for any goal. In it describe what you need, how you will get it, what is the deadline for it? Who will be helpful in bringing it about? If you don’t know what to do, ask for help. Life is a team sport. Be Practical. Be Positive. Be Proactive.
3. Accept what has happened (like the pandemic). What first step forward can you take on Monday? What is the next step forward you can take on Tuesday? Do the same thing on Wednesday. There will always be resistance when we are trying to get our mojo back.
4. Put together the tools that you will need to accomplish these objectives. One FREE tool is a good planner. I discovered a great planner that includes a daily, weekly and monthly planner.
