Responsibilities include scanning closing documents into the appropriate files, mailing necessary paperwork and checks to required parties and organizing county documents for recording, preparation of title policies and endorsements.
■ Verify that the closing package is properly signed and notarized as required
■ Insure all legal documents are timely sent to registries for recording (i.e – mortgage, deeds, affidavits and any other documents)
