■ Real estate industry professionals including agents, title processes, attorneys and loan offices are permitted to conduct closings.
■ In some cases, the lenders are accepting drive by appraisals instead of requiring appraisers to actually enter the property.
■ Due to issues involving the contagious element of the COVID-19 virus, showing properties must follow certain protocols. Such protocols involve the sanitization of surfaces, the use of certain writing instruments and also limiting the number of individuals permitted to enter a property.
■ Also there may be some delays with respect to municipal inspections.

On April 5th, Counsellors Title Agency took the initiative to scrub and sanitize it Toms River headquarters in the effort to take the extra steps cleanse its offices – to safeguard the well-being of its employees and clients.

■ Follow manufacturer’s instruction for cleaning and disinfection.
■ Dry surface thoroughly.

■ Cleaned areas with soap and water or another detergents and then, using disinfectant.
Soft Surfaces
■ Soft surfaces such as carpeted floor, rugs, and drapes were cleaned using soap and water or with cleaners appropriate for use on these surfaces.
■ Areas disinfected with EPA-registered household agents.
