The American Dream ENT-Complex is seen to be the second largest water park in the world, as well as the world’s largest hydromagnetic water coaster, which will have a 1.5 acre wave pool able of generating 2- to 6-foot waves. The magnitude of the ENT-Complex is looking to target 40 million visitors annually.
The eighteen acres comprised of 3 million square feet of buying-and-selling space, will be the largest indoor theme park in the Western Hemisphere, hosting the world’s steepest roller coaster and largest spinning coaster.
This is not the only mega-destination owned by Triple Five, a privately-held multinational conglomerate, which also owns and operates Minnesota’s Mall of America and Canada’s West Edmonton Mall.
The good news for the Garden State is that the complex and its tenants expect to employ 17,000 people. The American Dream ENT-Complex will be comprised of 45% retail establishments, all of them having an experiential element.
Clearly, the American Dream’s big draw is expected to come from its entertainment features. Other features include an aquarium, a Lego Discovery Center, a KidZania a ski slope, which has two runs plus a bunny hill, with its projected 2-foot blanket of snow. 
The skating rink, the ski and snowboard park, and an Angry Birds 18-hole mini golf course will be up and running at the time of the opening.
