Over the past 12 months, values have gone up 4.8% and they are projected to increase another 1.1% according to reports published on Zillow.

Locally, in Monmouth County, the median home sales prices hit $425,000. This is up from 2015, when the median home sales price was $419,000. Demand for homes has skyrocketed, pushing closed sales from 463 in May 2015 to 660 in May 2017, and concomitantly slashing inventory from 4,214 in 2015 to just 3,114 in May 2017, just a 5.4-month supply.
