Morris County single family results came in very strong, with new listings jumping by over 16%. In addition to the pop in new listings, the inventory of homes for sale also increased for the first time in over two years to 2,234 properties, a 5.3% improvement.

Median sale price for a single family home dropped just slightly, but year-to-date median sales price increased from $10,000 to $420,000.
